*Rates and fees shown are indicative, sourced from public lender/aggregator disclosures as of September 2026, and typically apply to the strongest credit profiles at specific loan amounts. Figures vary by source and change frequently — always confirm directly with the lender before quoting to a client or publishing live. 7 panel lenders with no reliable public rate at time of writing (IndusInd Bank, Standard Chartered, DBS Bank, Aavas Financiers, Poonawalla Housing Finance, Muthoot Housing Finance, Fedbank Financial Services) are omitted from this table — they remain part of the 31-lender panel and appear on the Our Lenders page.
Why the "lowest rate" isn't always the right answer
The lowest advertised rate usually applies to a narrow slice of applicants — high credit score, specific loan amount, salaried resident-style documentation. As NRIs ourselves in this business, we match your actual profile — income type, country, credit history — against which of these lenders is realistically likely to approve you at a competitive rate, not just which one has the lowest number on their homepage.
